CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their booking at any time before sample collection without any charges.
Cancellations are not permitted once the sample has been collected.
REFUND POLICY
Customers who have made online payments may request a refund, which will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Full or partial refunds will be issued if the laboratory fails to provide the test report within the committed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Refund requests can be initiated by calling 9211582230 or emailing info@digicura.in
- Refunds may take 10–15 business days to process.
- No refunds will be issued once the lab has generated the test report within the agreed TAT.
- Refund requests will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of sample collection.
