Ms. Damanpreet Kaur is a seasoned operations professional with 17+ years of experience across healthcare, education, and finance. She currently serves as manager of backend & operations at Leading Healthcare, handling daily operations, client coordination, logistics, and quality control.
With past roles at Niramaya Path Labs, Delhi College of Education, and ABN AMRO Bank, she is known for her leadership, efficiency, and problem-solving. A Bundelkhand University graduate, she remains committed to operational excellence and service quality.
About Mr. Vipin Chauhan
Mr. Vipin Chauhan is a seasoned healthcare professional with 22+ years of experience in clinical research, quality management, and healthcare operations. Known for his expertise in strategic operations and nationwide healthcare expansion, he currently serves as Vice President – Operations, Quality & Expansions at Leading Healthcare Services.
Starting his career as a laboratory technician, he built strong technical skills in phlebotomy and diagnostics and later held key roles at Droplet, Connected H, Promiso Healthcare, and Curelo Healthcare.
He holds a DMLT, a bachelor’s degree from C.C.S. University, Meerut, and an MBA in operations management, driving excellence and scalable growth across India’s healthcare ecosystem.
