CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Customers may cancel their booking at any time before sample collection without any charges.

  • Cancellations are not permitted once the sample has been collected.

REFUND POLICY

 

  • Customers who have made online payments may request a refund, which will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Full or partial refunds will be issued if the laboratory fails to provide the test report within the committed Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Refund requests can be initiated by calling 9211582230 or emailing info@digicura.in
  • Refunds may take 10–15 business days to process.
  • No refunds will be issued once the lab has generated the test report within the agreed TAT.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of sample collection.
